Meals:

Saturday Breakfast – $5 / person (under 3 free)

Pancakes, eggs, Sausage, coffee/ tea & Orange Juice 

Saturday night Diner – $10 / person, Children under 10 – $5 / person

Smoked Pulled Pork / Sauce, Pasta Salad, Corn on the cob, Baked Beans & rolls. This is a community dinner – Bring a dish or dessert to share! 

Sunday Breakfast– $5 / person

French toast, eggs, bacon, coffee/ tea and Orange Juice 

Events:

Musher Olympics - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. All campers may participate. Must register by 12:00. See Jessica Willoughby or LuWanna Krause.

Annual “Best Decorated Campsite” – Decorate your Campsite with your favorite theme – Sites will be judged by other campers!!! 

Jr Event – Nancy Molburg is planning an event for the Jr’s! Come & join in the fun!!

Calcutta – This is an opportunity to Bid on your favorite team, and possibly win some money! The team / driver is announced, the bidding begins, and when the bidding is closed, a handicap is drawn (1 – 5 seconds) This number is then subtracted from the drivers time! The bidder of the winning team wins the money.

Venders Needed!!!! - $25 per space

Silent Auction Items Needed!!!

Volunteers needed for the following:

  • Cook Breakfast Saturday
  • Cook Breakfast Sunday
  • Set up Race Course (Friday Evening or early Saturday before breakfast)
  • Race Timers 
  • Help at race Start & Finish line
  • 5- 6 judges needed for musher Olympics as well as a start/ finish timer
  • Silent auction set up / monitor / close bids
