FRIDAY October 20, 2017
Trails open for training DOT approved helmets required when riding ATVs ( for training ONLY)
Registration
Dinner on your own  - stove available in kitchen – YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF
7:30 pm - Board meeting

SATURDAY  October 21, 2017
7:00  - 8:30 am - Breakfast $5 / person.  (under 3 free)– French Toast, sausage, scrambled eggs, orange juice, coffee. Reservations suggested.
8:30 - 12:00 pm - Training Session DOT approved helmets required when riding ATVs (for training ONLY). Those interested in working with stop watches and timing, this is your chance to do some practice
12:00 pm - Lunch  (soup, sandwich & dessert available for sale)  Proceeds go to 2017 -  2018 Race Purses
All day - Silent Auction (bidding closes at 8:00pm)
1:00 – 2:30 pm - Stop watch Timing workshop – working with stop watches, starting watches, timing teams, timing guidelines for race finish, stop watch functions (split timing for dual finishes)
1:00 – 2:30 pm - Reviewing Race official Jobs, race etiquette, review ISDRA rules, round table discussion
3:00 – 4:30 pm - Fall general membership meeting
Jr Activity available during afternoon
6:00 pm - Turkey Dinner - $15/ person (under 3 free) – Turkey,  real mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, green bean casserole, Cranberry sauce, Fall Dessert. Vegetarian upon pre -  request -  Bring your own beverage!
7:30 pm - Mushers Social Dining hall–   come in costume if you want!  Costume will be judged,   
8:00 pm - Silent Auction ends

SUNDAY  October 22, 2015
8:00 - 9:30pm am - Breakfast – $5 / person  (under 3 free)  Bagles, eggs made to order, bacon, orange juice, coffee & tea – reservations suggested
Dining Hall Clean Up – After Breakfast - Volunteers Needed and Greatly Appreciated!


Training  - DOT approved helmets required when riding ATVs (for training ONLY)

Please clean up your area, clean up after your dogs and no parking on the parade field in front of dining hall!
