7:30 pm - Board meeting.

SATURDAY - October 17, 2015

7:00-8:30 am - Breakfast $5/person (under 3 free): Pancakes, sausage, eggs, orange juice, coffee (Reservations suggested).

8:30-Noon - Training Session! DOT approved helmets required when riding ATVs for training ONLY. Timing practice for those interested.

Noon - Lunch: Soup, sandwich & pie available for sale. Proceeds go to 2016 ISDRA 50th anniversary meeting.

All day - Silent Auction (bidding closes at 8:30pm).

1:00–2:30 – Using Race works for timing.

1:00–2:30 - "Getting Your Team Ready For This Race Season"  - Johnn Molburg

3:00–4:30 - Fall general membership meeting.

Jr Activity available during afternoon. 

6:00pm – Turkey Dinner  $12/ person (under 3 free): Turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, apple crisp, pumpkin pie.  Bring your own beverage!

7:30 - Halloween Costume parade & social. Awards to be given for different costume categories.  

8:30pm - Silent Auction ends.

9:00pm - Community Campfire. Outdoors weather permitting – if not, campfire social continues around indoor fire place.

SUNDAY - October 18, 2015

8:00-9:30 am - Breakfast  $5/person (under 3 free):  French toast casserole, eggs made to order, bacon, orange juice, coffee & tea.

9:00 - Training. DOT approved helmets required when riding ATVs for training ONLY.

Dining Hall Clean Up – Volunteers Needed and Greatly Appreciated!

RESERVATIONS

One room of Cooks cabin has been reserved for the campout. Before reserving and paying, please check with Luwanna Krause (email: Luwannakrause@comcast.net) for availability.
