Friday 7/29

Registration and Camp site decorating: Prized awarded to best decorated (voted on by other campers).
5pm – Social (meet& greet): In the dining hall area – bring your own beverages / snacks.

Saturday 7/30

7:00 – 8:30 am - Breakfast in the Dining hall: $5.00 per person – reservations suggested  Pancakes, Breakfast Casarole (plain eggs/sausage available upon prior request), coffee and Orange Juice (Under 3 free).

8:00 – 9:30 am - Calcutta: In the dining hall This is an opportunity to Bid, on your favorite team and possibly win some money! The team and driver is announced, the bidding begins and when the bidding is closed, a handicap is drawn (1-5 seconds). This number is then subtracted from the drivers time! Money is given to the winning bidders in each category. All monies must be paid before start of Race.

10:00 am - Drag Race: Running with bikes, scooters, gigs or runners (canicross) – pulled by sled dogs of various breeds – free (Dog trucks can be brought and parked near the store).

12:00 - 1:00 pm - Lunch: Grilled Hotdogs (Coupon in registration packet) - Walk around, meet the “mushers” see racing equipment, training, breeds, questions / answers.

All day – Silent auction items out for bidding (bidding closes at 8:00 pm).

1:00 pm - Musher Olympics: All campers may participate. Some events are team and some individual. The more events you participate in, the better your chances of winning. Three divisions – children (under 10)’ Adults, Seniors (60+).

4:30 pm - Slide show/ talk of Ididarod experience with Chris Jacobs.

6:00 pm – Vamp site judging ends. Please put all vote in “voting Box” in dinning hall.

6:00 pm - Community Dinner: Dining hall - Saturday Night Dinner: - Pulled pork will be provided. Bring a dish/ dessert to share as well as serving utensil. Provide your own beverages. Plates, & Utensils will be available. No Charge.

(After dinner, please take you dish / serving utensil, otherwise it will be thrown out.)

8:00 pm - Silent auction closes

9:00 pm - Community Campfire / sing along, musher stories… – all welcome. Location to be announced. Camp site judging. Awards and thank yous

Sunday 7/31

8:00 – 9:30 am - Breakfast: Dining hall - $5.00 per person – Reservations suggested - French toast, Eggs (scramble, fried, over easy – made to order), Bacon & Orange Juice (under 3 free).

Clean up of dinning hall, common area out side. Make sure you leave your area clean!
